Ansvarsområden
- Cooperate with cross-site teams and stakeholders to create a seamless onboarding/review journey for clients.
- Perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager.
- Analyze and validate documentation, ownership, and perform screening.
- Write risk assessments and prepare client analysis for approval committees.
- Update static data, archive documentation, and perform trigger-based reviews.
- Act as an expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for PWM&FO clients.
Krav
- At least 1 year of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
- Well-acquainted with KYC including EU regulatory frameworks.
- Comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders.
- Analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
- Willingness to take responsibility and comfort working in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.

- Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
