SEB is seeking temporary AML/KYC Specialists for their center in Warsaw to support KYC Review processes. This role involves client onboarding, periodic reviews, documentation analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance within Wealth & Asset Management.

Responsibilities

Cooperate with cross-site teams and stakeholders to create a seamless onboarding/review journey for clients.
Perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager.
Analyze and validate documentation, ownership, and perform screening.
Write risk assessments and prepare client analysis for approval committees.
Update static data, archive documentation, and perform trigger-based reviews.
Act as an expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews.
Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for PWM&FO clients.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
Well-acquainted with KYC including EU regulatory frameworks.
Comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders.
Analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to work.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
Willingness to take responsibility and comfort working in a busy, dynamic environment.
Fluent in English.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
