ABB is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to ensure smooth processing of sales orders from submission to invoicing. The role requires experience with SAP, basic knowledge in logistics and trade, and English communication skills. Ansvarsområden

Creating and managing sales orders in the SAP system, including confirming deadlines and monitoring their progress
Issuing delivery notes, packing lists, and responsibility for invoice management and control
Organizing goods transportation and preparing documentation for customs clearance for imports and exports
Managing the complaints system and communicating with customers

Krav

Experience with ERP system SAP
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
English language at B1 level
Basic knowledge in the fields of finance, logistics, and trade
Secondary school education (high school diploma)
