We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Nordic team in Copenhagen to manage and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized clients. This role involves building trusted relationships, recommending solutions, closing deals, and updating CRM, requiring 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and fluency in Danish and English.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers headquartered in Denmark, with business needs across the Nordics and Europe.
Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
Find sales opportunities and close deals.
Work closely with Nordic colleagues and internal specialists.
Keep customer and sales information updated in CRM.

Krav

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate customer management.
A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to close deals.
Comfortable contacting customers by phone and email.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Danish and English.
Confidence using data, digital tools and CRM.
