Qualcomm is looking for an MBA or MS Finance/Accounting graduate to join their One Finance team as a full-time Senior Staff Financial Analyst in San Diego. This high-visibility role involves financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, and partnering with various departments to provide insights to the executive team.

Ansvarsområden

Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than 2027.
5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
