MAN Financial Services is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Finance Representative for their expanding presence in Slovenia. This full-time hybrid role involves supporting customers throughout the financing process, from needs assessment and financial analysis to contracting and portfolio management, ensuring compliance and contributing to business growth.
Ansvarsområden
- Support customers throughout the financing process: commercial discussion, needs assessment, financial analysis, proposal preparation, contracting, and portfolio management.
- Develop competitive and sustainable financing solutions in cooperation with the vehicle sales organization.
- Assess customer creditworthiness, financial position, and business risks, preparing financing applications and documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate financing agreements, offers, and customer-related documentation.
- Monitor active financing agreements, portfolio quality, outstanding receivables, and customer developments.
- Cooperate with vehicle sales, credit, operations, and other internal stakeholders for integrated solutions.
- Monitor market and customer developments to support commercial activities.
- Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data protection, and internal company requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales, credit, and financing processes.
Krav
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking, or financial administration within the financial sector.
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic principles of credit and financial analysis.
- Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset.
- Ability to balance sales opportunities with risk awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good computer skills and confidence with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
- Category B driving licence.
