MAN Financial Services is seeking a driven Sales Support Professional in Ljubljana, Slovenia to support customers through the financing process, from initial discussions to ongoing portfolio management. This full-time hybrid role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, contract management, and compliance, contributing to the growth of financial services in the East Adriatic Region.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare financing and insurance agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Enter and maintain agreement data in contract monitoring systems.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, customer correspondence, and other financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative and financial assistance to customers regarding registration renewals and homologation.
  • Support contract administration, including rescheduling, early settlement, and closure.
  • Prepare insurance quotations and policies and support agreement activation.
  • Assist with claims administration, liaising with insurers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and sign documentation with customers and suppliers, and participate in vehicle handovers.
  • Maintain records of registrations, deliveries, and closed agreements.
  • Prepare daily outgoing correspondence and delivery-related reporting.
  • Support system operational activities, including JIRA testing and Euribor updates.

Krav

  • Level V education, preferably in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent Slovenian and good working English.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Basic understanding of financing, leasing, insurance, or related financial processes.
  • Category B driving license.
