I korthet

We are looking for experienced Cloud Solution Architects to help enterprise customers leverage AI, particularly Microsoft's AI Business Solutions like Copilot. This role involves strategic customer engagements, technical delivery, and driving value realization for AI solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Champion customer success and become a trusted advisor for Microsoft AI adoption and value realization.
  • Capture and share feedback from customers and partners to inform Adoption and Change Management (ACM) strategies.
  • Act as the customer advocate, sharing insights with Microsoft's AI teams to influence roadmap direction.
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer needs and ACM maturity by leveraging knowledge of Copilot capabilities and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Customer Success Account Managers and account teams to deliver Microsoft AI usage through well-structured engagements.
  • Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization for production-ready Copilot solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership in Copilot solution design and ACM planning to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a learning plan focused on AI Business Solutions technologies and ACM methodologies.
  • Mentor and coach peers on technical and non-technical aspects of AI Business Solutions and ACM.
  • Share strategic insights and technical guidance across internal communities and virtual teams.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, OR related field with strong and proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • OR equivalent industry experience.
  • Breadth of experience and knowledge in foundational AI, architecture design, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions; ie. Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, Studio and Copilot Agents from an Adoption and Change Management (ACM) perspective.

  • The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to 'read the room.'
  • Asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
