Arla Foods Ingredients is seeking a Regulatory Trade Specialist in Aarhus, Denmark, to manage export documentation and ensure compliance for global operations. This role involves maintaining trade-related records, supporting registrations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain and coordinate trade-related documentation, registrations, and administrative processes.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and availability of documentation for global export activities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, authorities, and colleagues across Arla.
Maintain and update export-related background documentation for product certification and export from Denmark.
Support registration and maintenance of dairy establishments, export approvals, and trade-related records.
Manage and coordinate import and export sample processes.
Maintain trade-related databases, documentation, and systems.
Prepare and coordinate documentation for audits, inspections, and authority requests.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade administration processes and documentation management.

Krav

Experience from an administrative, operational, export, logistics, compliance, or regulatory role.
Experience with documentation management, registrations, databases, or other quality-controlled processes.
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing recurring operational tasks.
Good IT skills and experience working across multiple systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in Danish and written and spoken English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

A relevant educational background within administration, logistics, food industry, export, compliance, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
