Autoliv is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern in Onesti, Romania, to support the Steering Wheels Division. The intern will participate in production line launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and documentation creation, contributing to the company's mission of saving lives.

Ansvarsområden

Participate in the launch or transfer of production lines.
Contribute to the respect for product quality and safety regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement on the line.
Reduce the line’s specifications in accordance with Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and Autoliv standards.
Take part in the creation of the PFMEA.
Monitor the supplier's activity for achieving quality and deadlines.
Take part in the line validation before the start of production.
Create line documentation.
Support the production department online ramp-up by training operators, line leaders, and technicians.

Krav

University student or graduated in a relevant technical field.
Interest in industrial engineering, automation, manufacturing, or process improvement.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of English.
Team-oriented.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Basic knowledge of process performance analysis can be an advantage.
Experience in process engineering on automated lines can be an advantage.
