As a Senior Electrical Engineer in Linköping, you will lead electronics development for radar-based measurement solutions in industrial automation. Responsibilities include hardware design, PCB layout, and supporting product lifecycles. Ansvarsområden

Lead the electronics development work package within product development projects for radar sensors, communication devices, and related system components.
Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies through design, verification, validation, and production launch.
Design, develop, and maintain electronic hardware solutions, including schematics and PCB layouts.
Support the enhancement and lifecycle management of products already in the market.
Develop and improve engineering methods, design tools, and development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering topics to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable measurement solutions.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics design, hardware development, or product development environments.
Experience leading technical activities, projects, or engineering work packages.
Strong understanding of mathematics, circuit theory, and electronic components.
Experience designing and maintaining electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Professional proficiency in Swedish.
Experience with functional safety requirements and/or intrinsic safety design for hazardous environments.
Experience performing EMC testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of circuit simulation tools such as SPICE and/or electromagnetic field simulation software.
Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
Experience using Cadence design tools.
Knowledge of radar technology, industrial measurement systems, or industrial automation products.
Experience developing products within regulated or high-reliability environments.
