Arla Foods is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Leeds to support brand strategies for Anchor Butter, Yeo Valley Butter, and Arla LactoFREE Butter. This role involves leading brand projects, analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and executing marketing campaigns within the FMCG sector.

Ansvarsområden

Support the delivery of 1-3 year brand plans for Anchor, Yeo Valley, and Arla LactoFREE Butter portfolios, driving growth and performance.
Lead and support key brand projects, including innovation launches, seasonal campaigns, on-pack promotions, and packaging changes.
Monitor brand and category performance using market and consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar) to identify growth opportunities.
Manage brand budgets, communications, and selected brand responsibilities, ensuring effective activity delivery and ROI.
Support the execution of £6m brand campaigns across video, social media, PR, outdoor advertising, and digital channels.

Krav

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a marketing role within an FMCG environment.
Commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about building brands.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.
