Ansvarsområden
- Design better ways for people to work with agents and AI, considering permissions, consent, delegation, revocation, and agent limits.
- Design agent visibility, interaction patterns, and escalation points to ensure user understanding and control.
- Design for system supervision, enabling users to track agent activities, dependencies, and progress.
- Design for system failures, including override, rollback, correction, and continuity of work.
- Set and prove quality standards for experiences through user testing, focusing on task success, recoverability, and overall user benefit.
- Design systems for managing the AI estate, including catalogue, marketplace, and measurement surfaces.
Krav
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND significant years of experience in product or service design, OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in product or service design (in-house or consultancy) with depth in agentic or AI-enabled systems.
- Hands-on experience designing systems that act on a user's behalf.
- Proficiency in choosing appropriate qualitative or quantitative research methods.
- Comfort with responsible AI principles and designing for safe AI usage.
- Experience with prototyping beyond static screens and user evaluation.
- Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, influencing design, engineering, data science, and product teams.

- Typical base pay range: £93,500.00 - £161,800.00 per year across the United Kingdom.
