Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of 1-3 year brand plans for Anchor, Yeo Valley, and Arla LactoFREE Butter portfolios, driving growth and performance.
- Lead and support key brand projects, including innovation launches, seasonal campaigns, on-pack promotions, and packaging changes.
- Monitor brand and category performance using market and consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand budgets, communications, and selected brand responsibilities, ensuring effective activity delivery and ROI.
- Support the execution of £6m brand campaigns across video, social media, PR, outdoor advertising, and digital channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a marketing role within an FMCG environment.
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about building brands.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.
