Responsibilities

Conduct investigations as per SOP.
Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends.
Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information.
Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
Review and verify identities across multiple processes.
Spot inconsistencies and resolve issues as per SOP.
Balance thoroughness with efficiency in case handling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotating shift environment with flexible weekly offs.
Ability to work methodically using standard operating procedures.
Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in investigations.
Comfortable working with data and pattern recognition.
Comfortable with clear processes and measurable outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
Background in transportation or risk management.
Experience in analytical rigour to high-volume investigative work.
