Responsibilities

Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and advise them on home solutions.
Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, ensuring IKEA merchandising standards.
Convey passion for IKEA products and share knowledge about features and benefits.
Build furniture for specific displays, product introductions, and remodels.
Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
Flow product to the final selling location.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide efficient Full Serve Hand Out and returns/exchange experiences.

Requirements

1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
Experience in actively selling by understanding customers and their needs.

Desired Qualifications

Must be able to work nights & weekends.
