Responsibilities
- Actively approach customers needing help, identify needs, and advise on solutions.
- Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked.
- Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place.
- Convey passion for IKEA products and share knowledge with customers.
- Build furniture for In Shape As New, new products, and remodels.
- Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items, following food safety guidelines.
- Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Flow product to final selling locations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
- Provide a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
- Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights & weekends.
