Ansvarsområden

Develop and execute account plans to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote digital transformation strategies.
Orchestrate cross-functional Microsoft teams to deliver customer outcomes and build trust.
Proactively understand customer business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities.
Advocate for customer needs internally within Microsoft.
Lead extended virtual teams to achieve growth in revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong knowledge of customers' industries, business strategies, and key partners.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
Account management experience or equivalent.
Fluency or business-level English and Czech language skills.

Förmåner

The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 1,860,000.00 - Kč 3,683,000.00 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
Opportunity to work up to 2 days per week from home.
