Ansvarsområden

Guide partnerships with stakeholders to determine user, security, and platform requirements.
Lead the team in identifying dependencies and developing architecture and design documents for OS security features.
Guide the development, optimization, debugging, refactoring, and reuse of low-level code.
Diagnose complex product issues, develop corrective actions, and support security-critical components.
Drive project plans and release plans in coordination with partner teams.
Lead product development and scaling, applying engineering best practices.
Model, coach, and care for team members by defining clear outcomes and investing in their growth.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.

Förmåner

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.
For San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
