Ansvarsområden
- Analyze AI and GPU code and OS for performance, power, and reliability.
- Use tools to collect telemetry, logs, analyze bugs/bottlenecks, and determine next steps.
- Design, implement, and test feature and OS improvements in the latest Windows OS.
- Collaborate with local and external partners to plan and execute improvements.
- Build secure, scalable, compliant code using AI and review human- and AI-generated code.
- Utilize agentic AI and processes to enhance daily workflows.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and design documents, ensuring performance, reliability, accessibility, privacy, and compliance.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, or Python.
- OR equivalent experience.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Demonstrated knowledge in Modern OS and application analysis (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, [C, C++, C#, Python, or other relevant languages].
- Experience in AI workloads, APIs, application development (ONNX, ONNX Runtime, AI Models, AI / NPU HW and driver development).
- Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) API knowledge (DirectX, Vulkan, etc..), graphical application development (games, 3D, game engines).
- Familiarity with benchmark usage (3Dmark, Procyon AI, MLPerf, etc.) and performance analysis.
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year.
- Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
