As a Senior Data & Applied Science Specialist in AI and NLP at Microsoft, you will build advanced models for enriching the Microsoft Product Catalog. Ansvarsområden

Master subareas and gain expertise in research, including applicable research techniques.
Gain deep knowledge of a service, platform, or domain, and identify product needs by sharing the latest industry trends and applied technologies.
Review business requirements and incorporate research to meet business goals.
Provide strategic direction for data usage to solve problems and apply subject matter knowledge to support business impact.
Participate in onboarding team members and assist in developing academics for multidisciplinary teams.
Identify new research talent and collaborate with the academic community to develop a recruiting pipeline.
Document work in progress and experimentation results, sharing findings to promote innovation.
Use deep understanding of fairness and bias to contribute to ethics and privacy policies related to research processes and data collection.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience.
OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience.
OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience.
OR equivalent experience.
Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Problem Solving.
