Ansvarsområden

Lead Enterprise IT projects using PMO best practices and the IT project lifecycle framework.
Define and manage project scope, requirements, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
Monitor project performance, health indicators, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, steering group meetings, and stage gate reviews.
Partner with sponsors, business stakeholders, finance, technical teams, and suppliers to estimate budgets and track costs.
Coordinate work across global teams and third-party suppliers.
Ensure project teams adhere to security, quality assurance, and testing procedures.
Utilize Emerson’s project and portfolio management tools for data maintenance and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for automation and process simplification.
Provide guidance and training to other Project Managers and Coordinators.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of IT or business-related experience.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience or related delivery leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformations.
Strong understanding of the software/application development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing projects in a global, matrixed environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience with IT infrastructure, data center, Oracle, or enterprise application projects.
Experience applying Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Kanban, or SAFe delivery methods.
Experience with project and portfolio management platforms.
Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor project managers, coordinators, or delivery teams.
