Ansvarsområden
- Own the Ground Support business across Sales Area Northern Europe, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and market share growth.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Identify new opportunities, expand customer penetration, and accelerate business performance.
- Lead the successful introduction of new products and technologies.
- Drive business development and growth initiatives across Northern Europe.
- Support Sales Managers and Key Account Managers in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Provide market, industry, and application expertise to the commercial organization.
- Participate in strategic customer meetings together with Sales Managers and KAMs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement, training, and best-practice sharing across the region.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to execute regional growth plans.
- Represent the business in relevant industry forums and networks.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Northern European markets.
- Provide expert guidance on Ground Support applications and solutions.
- Support product performance evaluations, audits, and technical improvement initiatives.
- Capture market insights and customer needs to support future innovation and product development.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Line team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across functions and business lines to unlock growth opportunities and maximize customer value.
Krav
- 5 years of experience within mining, ground support, underground operations, industrial equipment, or a related industry.
- Proven success driving business growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Experience managing P&L responsibility and developing long-term business strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent leadership in a matrix organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Technical understanding of Ground Support products and applications is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
