Ansvarsområden
- Support recruiters and HR teams with tools, platforms, and processes for a consistent recruitment experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring feedback, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment tools, guidelines, and supporting materials.
- Enable employer branding initiatives across digital channels, campaigns, events, and other talent touchpoints.
- Support talent attraction activities like career fairs, industry events, and networking initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate initiatives and generate actionable recommendations.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Solid foundation within people, communication, or business-related fields.
- Experience working with talent attraction in a global or cross-functional context.
- Understanding of employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, data analytics, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Project management capabilities.
