Ansvarsområden
- Lead the roll-out of IKEA's new last mile solution in the pilot market.
- Assess existing initiatives and drive their integration into a scalable deployment approach.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, implementation readiness, adoption, and delivery.
- Act as the central coordination point between country teams, global stakeholders, operational units, and subject matter experts.
- Identify and manage implementation risks, dependencies, and organisational impacts.
- Lead and support key deployment activities like solution walkthroughs, gap assessments, and training.
- Establish governance and feedback mechanisms to capture learnings and improve the deployment approach.
- Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and business outcomes using data and insights.
Krav
- At least 5-7 years of relevant project management experience within logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong understanding of established project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK, Agile).
- Proven experience leading complex logistics transformation programs across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational, and risk management skills.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-country roll-outs of complex business and operational solutions.
- Strong customer and co-worker focus.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive progress while fostering collaboration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the IKEA Concept, IKEA culture, values, and tone of voice.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- A good understanding and experience of the everyday IKEA store co-worker life is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in transforming complex data into clear insights and decision-making material.
Förmåner
- Temporary position for 2 years.
- Involves some travel, with more frequent travel expected during key phases.
