Ansvarsområden

Act as the voice of the customer and partner, translating problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft strategy.
Lead strategic opportunities and complex engagements with enterprise customers, providing technical support and architectural direction.
Drive customer and partner experience through efficient delivery and anticipating blockers.
Provide thought leadership and technical mentorship, leading readiness and upskilling activities.
Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and optimized solutions.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and application platforms.
Experience partnering with large enterprise customers.
Ability to design and lead complex, cross-functional engagements.
Experience guiding customers through architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and adoption plans.
Ability to orchestrate virtual teams across Microsoft and partner organizations.

Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience will be considered.
