Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer and partner, translating problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft strategy.
- Lead strategic opportunities and complex engagements with enterprise customers, providing technical support and architectural direction.
- Drive customer and partner experience through efficient delivery and anticipating blockers.
- Provide thought leadership and technical mentorship, leading readiness and upskilling activities.
- Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and optimized solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and application platforms.
- Experience partnering with large enterprise customers.
- Ability to design and lead complex, cross-functional engagements.
- Experience guiding customers through architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and adoption plans.
- Ability to orchestrate virtual teams across Microsoft and partner organizations.
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience will be considered.
