Emerson seeks a Product Marketing Manager in Marshalltown, Iowa, to lead growth strategies for Fisher FIELDVUE control valve instruments. Responsibilities include market research, product strategy definition, business case development, and driving sales and profitability through collaboration with global teams and customers.

Ansvarsområden

Research customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Lead voice-of-customer research and translate insights into target markets, value propositions, product strategies, business cases, and requirements.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, customers, and channel partners to align product vision, priorities, and development plans.
Manage field trials and new product introductions, including early-customer adoption, launch collateral, product bulletins, and training.
Track bookings, market participation, run rates, quote conversion, and other business metrics; recommend actions to improve performance.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with market research, business cases, product strategy, requirements, or go-to-market planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills across technical, commercial, and leadership audiences, with the ability to build global relationships.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

MBA or advanced business degree.
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in process engineering, sales, business development, product management, or product marketing.
Knowledge of process control, control valves, related applications, customers, and competitors.
