Ansvarsområden
- Lead and deliver mid-size to large scale investment projects (5-25 million SEK), ensuring quality, budget, and time targets.
- Manage project resources and risks effectively and transparently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution through knowledge sharing and driving improvement activities.
- Represent the project in internal and external forums, including supplier visits, stakeholder meetings, and project close-outs.
Krav
- At least 3 years of solid experience in project management and industrial investments.
- Experience with customized machinery equipment and automation solutions is ideal.
- Strong passion for investment and industrialization projects.
- Capability of handling multiple projects (~2-3) in parallel.
- Significant knowledge of project planning (e.g., MS Project, WBS Scheduler), cost follow-up and budgeting (e.g., SAP), RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant post-secondary education.
- Proven ability to deliver results in technical project environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Driver's license B.
