I korthet

Alfa Laval is seeking a Product & Application Engineer for Flow & Heat Transfer Process Equipment, based in Pune, India, or Cairo, Egypt. The role involves acting as a key technical advisor and product advocate to support the sales process, working closely with Flow & Heat Transfer Products within Business Unit WIFH.

Ansvarsområden

Work with External & Inside Sales teams to meet customer requirements/expectations.
Lead the technical part of customer requests, including site visits and meetings.
Lead and Support in the quotation process for customer projects.
Run virtual meetings, seminars, and webinars to increase awareness of Alfa Laval products and services.
Act as a product champion in product launch or campaign drives.
Define and deliver local training programs for employees, channels, and customers.
Utilize CRM tools for sales process support and decision-making.
Ensure adherence to business principles and governance within the area of responsibility.

Krav

Technical Knowledge - Competent in various heat transfer & fluid handling processes and products.
Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms.
Good listening skills - active listening skills to comprehend customers’ technical requirements.
Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills.
Teamwork and team player mentality.
Digital communication - Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder.
Robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication.
Minimum 3~5 Years of experience in any similar Food, Pharma and Water Industries.
