TRATON Group är en ledande tillverkare av nyttofordon som söker en Product Strategist för sitt team i Södertälje. Rollen fokuserar på att hantera och styra produktportföljen, skapa transparens kring kundbehov och driva TRATON Modularization Strategy.
Arbetet innebär att säkerställa att TRATON Modular System uppfyller nuvarande och framtida transportbehov och bidrar till metodutveckling. Tjänsten erbjuder en dynamisk och flexibel arbetsplats med hybridarbetsalternativ och möjligheter till karriärutveckling.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage the TRATON Group Use Cases, govern the product portfolio and its required properties.
- Create transparency on customer needs by working with Use Case and property analysis, including setting targets for development to secure the right customer value.
- Be an expert on and secure the TRATON Modularization Strategy through modularization-driven performance differentiation.
- Take part in developing modularization theory and conduct training from a TRATON Group perspective.
- Drive continuous development of the User Factor Methodology to support TRATON Group needs.

- Understand customer needs, drive modularization strategy and contribute to group-wide methodology development.
- Work close to the business, combining strategic perspective with hands-on collaboration.
- International network across all TRATON brands and alliance partners.
- Located at the TRATON AB office in Södertälje
- Dynamic environment with strong links to product development, portfolio strategy, and group-wide governance.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in portfolio analysis and modularization.
- Familiarity with User Factor Methodology.
- Strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
