- Define and drive the future of Unified Endpoint Management services.
- Lead proof of concepts, initiatives, and projects.
- Spearhead innovation and influence product/service decisions.
- Work within agile SAFe methodologies for efficient project delivery.
Krav
- Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune, Windows and Mac).
- Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Market awareness of device management solutions and emerging technologies.
- Experience in large organizations with complex IT environments and integrations.
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Previous experience working as a Service Delivery Manager or Team lead for IT Operations would be an advantage.
