Ericsson Estonia offers a Winter/Spring 2027 traineeship for an Automation Engineer. This role involves supporting manufacturing digitalization by analyzing data, improving processes, and working with Power Platform technologies. The position requires students in relevant fields and offers hands-on experience in a global technology company.

Ansvarsområden

Build a Power BI report from manufacturing data
Help prototype or improve a Power App
Map a manual production process and identify digitalization opportunities
Test data coming from a machine or production system
Document data fields, business rules, and process requirements
Investigate data-quality gaps and propose corrective action
Prepare concise project updates and demonstrations
Participate in a variety of improvement projects
Support user testing, feedback collection, and adoption

Krav

Currently studying at a Vocational School or University
Available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (40 hr per week Mon-Fri) for the standard period of 01.02.2027-31.05.2027
Reached the age of 18 by 1 February 2027
Valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.05.2027
Students studying Automation / Business IT / Data Science/Information Systems/ Integrated Engineering
Analytical and basic skills in MS Power Platform or Power BI
Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
Willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
High proficiency in English, both verbal and written
