I korthet

We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our datacenter team to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for complex construction and infrastructure portfolios. This role involves developing category strategies, negotiating agreements, and managing supplier performance to optimize cost, quality, and risk. The position is based in Zurich, Milan, or Madrid and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure SLA, milestone, and deliverable compliance through timely execution, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and proactive stakeholder communication.
Drive policy adherence, supplier compliance, issue resolution, audits, governance, supplier performance reviews, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders end-to-end, ensuring compliance, execution, supplier performance, risk resolution, business case alignment, and stakeholder collaboration.
Resolve escalated commercial and pricing issues while ensuring suppliers deliver according to contractual and purchase order requirements.
Lead RFIs/RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, SRM programs, scorecards, governance frameworks, and supplier performance management to deliver cost, capacity, quality, and business objectives.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging market intelligence, supplier insights, benchmarking, innovation, risk management, business continuity planning, and value optimization.
Build strategic relationships with suppliers and drive cross-functional engagement, executive-aligned negotiation strategies, and early business involvement to define sourcing solutions, optimize spending, resolve disputes, and support informed decision-making.

Krav

Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND Good experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND Proven experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Förmåner

The typical base pay range for this role across Italy is € 85,700.00 - € 152,800.00 per year.
The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 84,000.00 - € 149,500.00 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
