Amazon Ads is seeking an Agency Development Manager for its Nordics team, based in Stockholm. This role involves managing senior-level relationships with agencies to drive Amazon Ads revenue, increase tool adoption, and expand market penetration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and data-driven decision-maker fluent in English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build and manage detailed engagement strategies with C-Level executives and decision-makers within agencies.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans.
  • Develop commercial structures and partnership agreements, focusing on branding and video solutions.
  • Lead education and enablement initiatives for agency functions, including training and events.
  • Build and execute business plans with key stakeholders to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising tools and products.
  • Increase revenue across multiple Amazon Ads products by engaging with key advertisers.
  • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
  • Report consistently and transparently on program and project progress.
  • Orchestrate multiple activities and manage multiple resources to achieve goals.

Krav

  • Extensive digital media ad sales experience (10+ years) in the Nordics.
  • Experience in selling (C-)TV advertising solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing customer relationships and influencing senior stakeholders (Director & C-level).
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about sales and build compelling value propositions.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Good understanding of the Media landscape with an existing network.
  • Experience in building programs, such as joint business plans, commercial agreements and inventive structures.
  • Ability to thrive in matrix organizations.
