Ansvarsområden
- Oversee front counter parts retail desk, including order acceptance, entry, will calls, and distribution.
- Process emergency part orders promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, shipment tracking, and monitoring backorders.
- Maintain showroom displays.
- Identify parts with long lead times and source from alternate suppliers within price guidelines.
- Manage and invoice ship-direct orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all part orders and customer history.
- Submit parts warranty and return claims within required timeframes for maximum credit.
- Communicate parts availability issues to management.
- Ensure pricing on all orders is correct according to company policy.
- Conduct daily tracking of outstanding orders and shipments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Krav
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-4 years of prior work experience in Construction, Warehouse, or Automotive industry preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s license.
- Proficient in standard computer systems (Quipware, Microsoft Office Products).
- Knowledgeable of warehouse inventory numbering system.
- Knowledge in shipping methods, material handling equipment and tools.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to complete in-house certification for Forklift Operator.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
