Wymaga 3 lat doświadczenia w HR/Payroll i biegłej komunikacji w języku angielskim.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements.
Support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics.
Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities.
Support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations.
Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues.
Recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles.
Take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence.
Be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading.
Be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.

Krav

Passion for working with people and leading them by example.
Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment (with min. 3 years of experience).
Communication in English is your strong point.
Service oriented and customer focused background.
Strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate.
Passion and experience in managing transitions and driving change initiatives.
Understanding and passion for IKEA values.
