We are seeking a Lead Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors Variable Pay (STI) and annual bonus/incentive programs. This role requires a strong analytical and compensation background, with end-to-end ownership of bonus calculations, proration rules, and payroll handoff. Advanced Excel skills and testing/reconciliation experience are critical.

Manage annual bonus cycles (2-3 cycles)
Configure Variable Pay in SuccessFactors
Manage bonus plans and templates
Define eligibility rules
Manage business and individual goals and weightings
Configure assignment groups
Set up bonus calculation rules
Define payout curves
Configure proration logic
Manage route maps and permissions
Prepare payroll handover files
Perform payroll cut-offs
Process bonus payouts
Ensure validation before payroll release
Conduct test scripting
Provide UAT support
Perform regression testing
Generate reconciliation reports
Utilize validation frameworks
