Som erfaren IT-specialist i IT Excellence-teamet vil du eje nøgleinitiativer inden for transformation og løbende forbedringer. Stillingen er et barselsvikariat på 12 måneder med base i Aarhus, hvor du vil forme og forbedre IT's driftsmodel og produktledede arbejdsgange.

Ansvarsområden

Shape and improve our IT operating model and product-led ways of working, translating ambitions into our product lifecycle model, roadmaps, roles, and processes.
Drive adoption and anchoring of change, ensuring new ways of working become part of everyday behaviors and continue to evolve after implementation.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, creating alignment across stakeholders, clarifying ownership, and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Use data, insights, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing practices, and help demonstrate progress and value.
Enable leaders and teams to succeed with change through facilitation, capability building, clear guidance, and practical tools.

Krav

Solid experience within organizational transformation, operating-model development, change management, continuous improvement, management consulting, or a similar field.
Experience driving change from design through implementation and adoption.
Structured and analytical mindset.
Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.
5+ years of experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with or understanding of product-led IT organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Pragmatic and hands-on.
Comfortable challenging existing thinking, navigating ambiguity, and creating momentum without relying on formal authority.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with organizational design, capability building, performance insights or agile/continuous-improvement practices is an advantage.
