Nous recherchons un Opérateur d'Hygiène motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe d'Ingrédients chez Arla Foods à North Tawton, Devon. Ce poste à temps plein implique des quarts de travail de 12 heures, 4 jours sur 4, axés sur le maintien de la sécurité alimentaire et de l'hygiène dans un environnement de production laitière. Les responsabilités comprennent la résolution de problèmes de production, le nettoyage, la documentation et le maintien d'un environnement de travail sûr.

Ansvarsområden

Escalate any serious issues to the Production Team Leader or Production Manager.
Make decisions to resolve any day to day production issues.
Work with engineering and other members of the team to reduce lost time due to breakdowns and ensure plant is made available for pre-planned maintenance and projects.
Actively contribute to problem solves, continuous improvement activities and CAPEX projects to drive the business forward.
Cleaning/housekeeping to maintain a hygienic and food safe environment, as to be audit ready at all times.
Ensure that department paperwork is filled out accurately and in full.
Proactively maintain a safe working environment by raising near misses, risk observations, environmental observations and behavioral safety observations.
Contribute to completion of risk assessments and standard operating procedures.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in food manufacturing or other related manufacturing/scientific environment preferred but not essential.
