Vi søger en People Services & Country Advisor til vores team i Kolding, som kan kombinere praktisk HR-ekspertise med kendskab til dansk ansættelseslovgivning for at optimere HR-processer. Stillingen indebærer rådgivning, kontraktforberedelse, support til løn- og pensionsprocesser, samt forbedring af HR-processer med fokus på digitalisering og automatisering.

Ansvarsområden

Give practical HR advice and guidance to employees, managers and HR colleagues
Prepare contracts, amendments and other employment documentation
Support payroll, time registration, pension and benefits processes
Ensure high-quality employee data and work with SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
Improve HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization and automation
Collaborate with colleagues across Denmark and our international People organization
Develop and deliver relevant HR training to employees, managers and HR Business Partners

Krav

Solid experience within HR Operations or a similar environment
Good knowledge of Danish employment legislation
Ability to solve problems, take ownership, and turn complex HR questions into practical solutions
Confident communication in Danish and English
Comfortable working across teams, functions and countries at all levels of the organization

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is an advantage
Interest in, or experience using AI as a practical tool to simplify and improve HR processes would be a strong advantage
Experience working with blue-collar employees and Danish trade unions is a preferred competence
Drive, curiosity and the confidence to challenge how things are done and help us make them better
