This temporary Junior Accountant role in Gdańsk requires German language proficiency (B2) and fluency in English. You will support daily Accounts Payable operations, process invoices, handle vendor queries, and manage expense claims in SAP Concur, contributing to high-quality financial data and compliance.

Ansvarsområden

Support daily Accounts Payable operations by processing invoices.
Handle vendor and stakeholder queries.
Ensure high-quality financial data in SAP.
Solve price discrepancies in SAP and Ariba system.
Update Procurement Masterdata.
Support improvements implementation within the team.
Ensure delivery of operational KPIs within own area.
Process and verify employee expense claims in SAP Concur.
Provide first-line support to employees for Travel & Expense and SAP Concur-related queries via email and chat.
Support Arla’s colleagues in the ordering process and answer queries via Service Hub tool.
Provide a high service level to stakeholders and build strong collaboration.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area.
German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level both written and spoken.
Fluency in English.
Good communication skills.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
