Responsibilities
- Support daily Accounts Payable operations by processing invoices.
- Handle vendor and stakeholder queries.
- Ensure high-quality financial data in SAP.
- Solve price discrepancies in SAP and Ariba system.
- Update Procurement Masterdata.
- Support improvements implementation within the team.
- Ensure delivery of operational KPIs within own area.
- Process and verify employee expense claims in SAP Concur.
- Provide first-line support to employees for Travel & Expense and SAP Concur-related queries via email and chat.
- Support Arla’s colleagues in the ordering process and answer queries via Service Hub tool.
- Provide a high service level to stakeholders and build strong collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area.
- German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level both written and spoken.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
