We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative in Tunisia who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading global digital marketplace for pre-loved fashion, responding to queries via tickets and contributing to project success.

Work for a leading global digital marketplace dedicated to making pre-loved fashion accessible, focusing on scaling platform growth and enhancing customer engagement.
Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via tickets.
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with colleagues.
Rotating shifts.

Krav

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change.
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
