Ansvarsområden
- Analyze technical and regulatory requirements during Order Review phase.
- Act as a key partner for project, production, purchasing, and logistics teams, ensuring alignment with ASME standards.
- Contribute quality expertise during project progress meetings.
- Define and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate all internal and external inspection activities.
- Manage relationships with Authorized Inspectors (AI), Authorized Inspection Agencies (AIA), customers, and Third-Party Inspectors.
- Monitor testing activities to ensure successful completion.
- Support the development of vendors involved in ASME orders.
- Review quality requirements to issue and update comprehensive Quality Plans.
- Verify material certificates, WPS, PQR, and brazing operator qualifications.
- Coordinate witness and hold points on the shop floor.
- Manage audits conducted by inspection agencies (AI).
- Support general factory quality control activities.
- Oversee the issuance and verification of final project documentation (Manufacturer's Data Reports and Data Books).
- Contribute to internal continuous improvement projects.
Krav
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven background in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Specific experience dealing with ASME requirements for pressure equipment.
- Experience managing documentation for regulated projects.
- Deep knowledge of the ASME Code (Section VIII Div. 1).
- Ability to read technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Understanding of brazing standards.
- Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Solid command of ISO 9001 systems.
- Good English proficiency.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Certified Individual (CI) qualification (strong plus).
Förmåner
