Ansvarsområden

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
Drive adoption and value realization of Microsoft cloud solutions.
Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives.
Lead delivery programs and coordinate Microsoft and partner teams to achieve customer outcomes.
Monitor customer health, identify risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience working with enterprise customers and cloud technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, or Program Management.
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or equivalent cloud certifications.
ITIL, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
