- Guide customers through the kitchen planning and purchasing journey.
- Support sales by ensuring areas are clean, well-presented, and easy to shop.
- Perform kitchen planning and designing, providing accurate plans, worktop, and installation quotations.
- Support customers from planning through to aftersales, securing payments both in-store and remotely.
Krav
- Experience in kitchen planning is an advantage.
- Ability to form connections with customers, drawing on sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Keen interest in customers' home life to provide personalized solutions.
- Experience in a customer and commercial-oriented business.
- Confidence in taking initiative, adapting to new circumstances, solving complex issues, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Openness to learning and working with various computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.
- Engaging communicator with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Solid background in customer-facing retail roles.

- Availability to work shifts covering days, evenings, and alternate weekends, including until 9:30 pm two evenings per week.
