Microsoft is seeking a Technology Consulting professional to join their Industry Solutions Delivery organization. This role involves pre-sales support, technical delivery, intellectual property management, and business development, focusing on Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model and requires a Bachelor's degree with significant leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process, understanding business requirements and providing industry/technical input.
Support drafting proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
Provide input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery.
Lead meetings with customers/partners to understand business needs and map requirements to Microsoft technology solutions.
Participate in project planning, develop project documents, identify risks, and communicate business value.
Implement solutions, provide oversight, and manage workstreams, aligning solutions with architecture.
Manage escalations, analyze situations, and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
Proactively manage executive-level customer/partner/stakeholder relationships.
Leverage, modify, or create intellectual property (IP) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to expand adoption of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
Learn new technologies and services based on business demands and industry trends.
Obtain relevant accreditations and certifications.
Mentor team members and act as a technical advisor.
Complete operational tasks and ensure timeliness and accuracy, adhering to Microsoft policies.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 6 + years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
Azure, Security, or Dynamics technical certifications (preferred).
Scrum, Agile, Change Management, or Project Management delivery management certification (preferred).

12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
