Nordea is seeking an experienced BMC Discovery Expert for their IT Service Configuration Management team. This full-time hybrid role involves maintaining and optimizing BMC Discovery and its integration with Helix CMDB. The position is based in Helsinki, Finland, or Gdańsk, Poland, with an application deadline of October 24, 2026.

Ansvarsområden

Review, analyze, coordinate and maintain efficient operations between BMC Discovery and Helix CMDB
BMC Discovery monitoring, troubleshooting, housekeeping
BMC Discovery TPL development, synchronization and reconciliation
Application Modelling development and maintenance
Identify improvements potential and develop technical solutions
Cooperate with data owners, architects, and various subject matter experts including BMC vendor

Krav

Professional and hands on experience with BMC Discovery/ServiceNow Discovery
Experience with upgrades to the BMC/ServiceNow Discovery tool
Experience in building automations and workflows
Experience in scripting/writing patterns (BMC/ServiceNow Discovery and SQL)
Experience in Service Modelling (CAM, SAM or Blueprint)
Knowledge of architecture and configurations of IT infrastructure components
Experience working with ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow, Helix)
High skills in communication
Fluency in written and spoken English

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiar with Agile methodology
Experience in ITSM processes and understanding of ITIL methodology
