Ericsson is seeking an Automation Support Engineer in Noida, India to automate tasks within managed service delivery. Responsibilities include implementing AI using LLM, working with mobile technologies and OSS, basic OS knowledge (RHEL/Windows/Linux), programming languages (Java/Python), scripting, troubleshooting software bugs, and process improvement.

Ansvarsområden

Implement AI using LLM.
Work with Mobile technologies, open OSS like ELK and Prometheus.
L1 knowledge of working on RHEL/Windows.
Basic knowledge of Linux OS.
Some knowledge of any programming language like Java/Python and desirable knowledge of awk, sed and basic Unix scripting skills.
Create, maintain and update documentation related to processes like running reports, taking back up and restoration and training the new staff.
Troubleshoot techniques and identify minor code bugs.
Monitor processes during the entire lifecycle for adherence and update or create new processes for improvement and minimizing wastage.
Identify, encourage and build or support in automated processes wherever possible.
Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers.
Mentor and guide team members.
Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customers.

Krav

Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, Information Systems or Computer Science or related discipline.
Strong understanding of the Unix-based operating system.
Conversant with Cisco switches and Netbackup and database knowledge is beneficial.
L1 Proficiency in scripting in Unix Shell.
Basic knowledge of databases and writing SQL scripts.
Flair for troubleshooting software bugs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

B.E/B.Tech/MTech in Computer Science, Telcom or Information System from Reputed University.
Not more than 1 year of experience in relevant areas.
